Shipping, Returns & Subscription Policy
At beon., we're committed to your wellness journey. We stand behind our formulas and aim to provide a transparent, hassle-free experience, from the moment you order to the moment you reach your goals.

We want you to try our products with total confidence.
- First-Time Orders: If you're not satisfied with your first beon. product, we'll issue a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping).
- Keep the Product: You don't need to return the opened product. Share it with a friend or dispose of it responsibly. We don't accept returns on opened products due to health and safety regulations.
- Limit: This guarantee applies to one opened package per product [e.g. bottle, pouch or tub], per household.
- Standard Returns (Unopened Items)
For subsequent orders or additional product:
- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and have the original heat seal intact.
- Window: You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.
- Return Shipping: If you decide to return your package, we will be happy to issue a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
- Subscription Terms & Flexibility
Our subscription model keeps you consistent without the stress.
- The "No-Trap" Promise: Skip a shipment, adjust your delivery frequency, or cancel anytime via your http://account.beon.health/.
- Cancellation Deadline: Cancel or pause at least 48 hours before your scheduled rebill date to avoid being charged.
- Renewal Reminders: We'll send a reminder email 3 days before your subscription renews.
- Recurring Order Refunds: Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it's considered a final sale (unless unopened and returned under Section 2).
- Shipping & Delivery
- Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95 for standard shipping (this may take up to 18 business days) within the U.S.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Tracking: Please contact our customer service team for any information about the status of your delivery.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we'll replace it immediately at no cost.
- Email a photo of the issue to support@beon.health within 48 hours of delivery.
- How to Request a Refund

- The reason for your request (we value your feedback!)
Our team will process your request within 24–48 business hours. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
