May be good for you, but in my opinion, the taste is very bad. But I eat em anyway, till I got some pill form

They're very tasty, but I wish that there was more beet root per serving. But, so far, so good. I do feel better.

The product is hard as rocks. So very hard to chew and does not melt in your mouth dislike them very much
